Hello Friends,

A ‘Paddle for Survivors’ update from Stuart Baker, co-founder of Survivors of Suicide & Friends / Winter Solstice.

Stuart and Matt have completed ten days, 250-kilometres and over 20 hours in total of their paddle to date.

They have hit pause due to weather conditions and are back in Albury waiting and watching the weather to improve before heading back to Trouser's Point to complete the last few days of the paddle.

Stuart Baker says "we can get from Albury back to where the kayak is stored in six hours when the right weather opportunity presents itself.

We can’t believe how much we’ve raised so far, thank you so much for all of the support. The money raised will make a different to both the work that SOS&Fs does over the year alongside AFMH and we can’t wait to share more news on that soon."

The paddle is raising funds for Survivors of Suicide & Friends / Winter Solstice and Australians for Mental Health. You can make a tax deductible donation at: www.australiansformentalhealth.org.au/donate

Thank you
